A first time at Croft Park for this five piece Bluegrass band. Having seen them play live, I simply had to book them and highly recommend them.

Their four piece vocal harmonies were a delight, and their high energy, expert guitar, mandolin and double bass techniques just amazing. A must to see. 

"Dogwood Mountain Railroad are an all-acoustic Bluegrass and Americana band based in Yorkshire, featuring well-established musicians and vocalists.  Formed in 2023, they've played a number of gigs including the Live Room at Saltaire as part of the Homegrown Bluegrass evening in December 2025.  They also won the open mic contest at the Battlefield Bluegrass Festival in Naseby in July 2025.

The band plays Bluegrass, Country, and Americana music, mainly covers but with a smattering of original songs too.  They feature four lead singers with a focus on close vocal harmonies.  All five members of the band play instruments, with a mixture of acoustic Guitars, Mandolins, Octave Mandolin, and Double Bass".
